Xi'an Yuanzheng Technology Switch Status Indicator YZ810A

The YZ810 series switch status indicator is a new type of multifunctional device with simulated dynamic indication. It integrates multiple functions including primary circuit simulation diagram, circuit breaker position, switch status, grounding knife position, spring energy storage status, high-voltage live indication, high-voltage live blocking, and temperature and humidity control. The indication functions can be combined or separated, and it adopts a panel mounting method. The YZ810A model can also achieve networked communication through an RS-485 interface.

1. Overview

The YZ810 series switch status indicator is a new type of multifunctional device with simulated dynamic indication. It integrates multiple functions including primary circuit simulation diagram, circuit breaker position, switch status, grounding knife position, spring energy storage status, high-voltage live indication, high-voltage live blocking, and temperature and humidity control. The indication functions can be combined or separated, and it adopts a panel mounting method. The YZ810A model can also achieve networked communication through an RS-485 interface.

2. Main Functions

This product can achieve primary circuit equipment switch status indication and temperature and humidity control functions according to user requirements.

The product is equipped in switchgear with an integrated layout, simplifying the panel structure design of traditional switchgear and beautifying the panel layout. It will replace various existing control and indication devices such as primary circuit simulation indicators, electromagnetic switch status indicators, and grounding indicators.

Considering the installation space requirements of various switchgear structures such as fixed cabinets, trolley cabinets (including center-mounted and bottom-mounted cabinets), and ring main units, three models A, C, and D have been designed. The functions, installation dimensions, and terminal wiring methods of each model vary, making it convenient to select according to actual needs.

The specifications of the three models A, C, and D are as follows:


YZ810A:

● Switch status display (circuit breaker, trolley or isolation knife,

grounding knife, spring energy storage)

● Three-phase high-voltage live indication and blocking control

● Dehumidification heating control (two channels for condensation, two channels for temperature) and

heating circuit break alarm

● Equipped with RS485 interface for networked communication

● Terminal wiring is side-exit

YZ810D:

● Switch status display (circuit breaker, trolley or isolation knife,

grounding knife, spring energy storage)

● Terminal wiring is side-exit


YZ810C:

● Switch status display

(circuit breaker, trolley or isolation knife,

grounding knife, spring energy storage)

● Three-phase high-voltage live indication and blocking control

● Dehumidification heating control (one channel for condensation, one channel for temperature) and

heating circuit break alarm

● Terminal wiring is side-exit


3 Technical Parameters

3.1 Power supply: AC85V～265V 50Hz or DC 110V/DC220V

3.2 Environmental conditions: Operating temperature -20℃ to +70℃; Storage temperature -40℃ to +85℃; Relative humidity 5%RH to 95%RH

3.3 Power consumption: ≤10W

3.4 Dielectric strength: >AC2000V between housing and terminals

3.5 Insulation performance: >100MΩ between housing and terminals

3.6 Simulated indication description:

● Circuit breaker status indication (passive contact input):

When closed, the closing contact closes, and the red simulated bar lights up; when open, the opening contact closes, and the green simulated bar lights up.

● Trolley position or isolation knife status indication (passive contact input):

For trolley cabinets: When the working position contact closes, the red vertical simulated bar lights up. When the test position contact closes, the green horizontal simulated bar lights up.

For fixed cabinets: When the isolation knife contact closes, the red vertical simulated bar lights up. When the isolation knife contact closes, the green horizontal simulated bar lights up.

● Spring energy storage indication (passive contact input):

Contact closed, red spring symbol lights up, indicating energy stored. Contact open, green spring symbol lights up, indicating energy not stored.

● Grounding knife position indication (passive contact input):

Contact closed, red vertical simulated bar lights up, indicating grounding closed. Contact open, green simulated bar lights up, indicating grounding open.

Note: All light indications are off in power-off state. The above contact signals are all from the auxiliary contacts of the circuit breaker.

3.7 High-voltage live indication part: LED ignition voltage (kV): Bus voltage × 0.15

Blocking activation voltage (kV): Bus voltage × 0.40

3.8 Temperature and humidity control part

Sensors: Two channels for temperature, two channels for condensation; sensors have self-check function. After a fault occurs, the fault indicator flashes.

Temperature control accuracy: ±2℃

Load output: Two channels of normally open passive contact output, rated capacity AC220V/5A, can connect heaters or fans.

Logic relationship: When humidity ≥93%RH or condensation is about to form, heating or dehumidification is activated;

When temperature ≤5℃, heating is activated;

When temperature ≥15℃, heating stops.

Break alarm: When a break occurs in the load circuit, the corresponding alarm indicator stays on, and the break alarm output contact closes.
